Quality Control
Under AS9100RevD and also ISO13485, our quality control ethos is firmly embedded throughout the entire company, and encompasses everything we do from systems to policies, equipment to people. We also recognise the stringent requirements of our customers, together with wider industry-specific needs, and consistently strive to incorporate these fully within our standard practices. We believe that maintaining world-class standards of performance is a product of ‘continuous improvement’ and this philosophy will always remain at the heart of our business.
Our metrology department is second-to-none and is continuously reviewed and upgraded to maintain the highest levels of excellence in our work practices. At JK Engineering, quality starts with our rigorous contract review processes and continues all the way through from when materials are first received at the factory, to when a finished job is being delivered.
Central to our workflow quality control process is a fully-equipped, temperature-controlled, and independent inspection facility. Our highly experienced inspectors can provide a detailed report (including Initial Sample Inspection Reports and First Article Inspection Reports) on the quality and geometric accuracy of all manufactured components.
