We have a long history in manufacturing medical implants, surgical tooling and equipment for the Bio-Medical engineering sector, which always demands the highest levels of precision-engineering.

Whether our customers require the latest orthopaedic implants or hip-replacement parts, components for robotic assisted surgery or medical imaging, we provide a complete end-to-end service, from CAD/CAM development and prototyping through to short-run and also high volume manufacturing. We are accredited to ISO13485.

While our company is at the forefront of engineering for the medical sector, pioneering the latest manufacturing techniques and employing the most advanced machinery, we have a deep knowledge about medical devices. We understand our customers’ product performance requirements and also working within their regulatory environment. We regularly manufacture components in titanium, stainless steel, cobalt chrome, and a variety of medical grade plastics, and can advise on optimum material usage during the Design-for-Manufacture (DFM) process.

We are proud to have been part of the ventilator team for the VentilatorChallengeUK Consortium, building 15,000 ventilators to support our hospitals in managing the fight against Covid-19.
