Mechanical Inspector – salary and hours negotiable

We are looking for someone to carry out the following duties:

  • Carry out first off inspections within the machine shop  
  • Use CMM, Metrology equipment and CAD to ensure components are to specification
  • Develop CMM to increase utilisation of machines and improve flow of components through the department
  • Ensure that components are to specification, including in dimension, issue, material and that special processes have been completed
  • Identify Non Conforming Components and completing inspection reports
  • Liase with suppliers and designers to establish whether components are fit for purpose if any problems have been encountered
  • Ensure parts are identified and correct data is entered into the Business System

CAD/CAM Programmer
We are looking for someone to carry out the following duties:

  • CAD program jobs for 5 Axis machines
  • Set up and run DMG 5 Axis milling machines
  • Program and machine parts for the medical and motor sport industries
  • Work as part of a skilled team with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of Open Mind Hypermill V9 would be an advantage

Multi Axis Turner
We are looking for someone to carry out the following duties:

  • Program and operate multi axis turning machines
  • Produce components for medical and motor sport industries
  • CAD programming experience would be beneficial.
