Machinery

JK Engineering place the highest importance on quality, always striving to meet and exceed clients’ expectations.  As such we invest heavily in new machinery; most of our equipment is under 6 years old whilst over half is under 3.  The accuracy of the machinery is subjected to monthly reliability tests and procedures developed in-house where 3D transformations and datum shifts are checked on each machine to ensure manufacturers’ tolerances are maintained.  Furthermore all measuring machines and inspection equipment undergo regular calibrations by AQA in accordance with our ISO9000 regulations.

Quality Accreditation

As we are always striving to better our services we are currently committed to achieving AS9100 accreditation and SC21 status.

QA Tests

JK Engineering continuously aim for a 0 non-conformance rate with extensive quality assurance tests and equipment in our state-of-the-art inspection room constantly measuring performance.

Environment

JK Engineering endeavour to be as environmentally conscious as possible with an environmental policy that is regularly reviewed and improved.  We aim to have the highest possible recycling rates and minimal waste production.
